1. Overview

BuildersHub explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on the BuildersHub app, website, and related services.

These standards apply to user accounts, profiles, messages, project submissions, links, uploads, and any other content or behavior that is created, shared, or facilitated through BuildersHub.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

3. Enforcement

BuildersHub may review reports, abuse signals, and other information relevant to potential child-safety violations.

Where we identify or obtain actual knowledge of content or behavior involving CSAE or CSAM, we may take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, terminating access, preserving relevant information, and making reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or other appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

4. Reporting and contact

If you need to report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation on BuildersHub, or if Google Play needs to contact BuildersHub about child safety matters, email hello@metalbrain.net.

Please use the subject line BuildersHub child safety and include any relevant account details, URLs, screenshots, or other context that may help us review the issue.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services first.
